I said we have the best defence outside of the top 4. These pricks can't seem to understand opinion and think the world ends at the Durham border.

and thats what it is about sayin we had the best defense out the top 4 i know alot of people who would agree even some football experts... we just always struggled to score so look at the past seasons and u will all c we couldnt score but we could defend real good so if that is all it is then that is really sad and pathetic

Yes, what a joke the 'best defence outside of the top 4' is Ant, what a joke it is :clown:

:wheelc:

Even the best defence in the world gets bad luck. Cleared the ball and it hit another player, onto Duff's ARM, onto another player then right into Ameobi's path, who then scuffed it in. Couldn't help that at all just sheer fluke.

In the first half we took the piss out of you, you couldn't touch the ball, we kept it well and attacked well. In then 2nd half we ran out of ideas but at no point were we outplayed.

Flukey, maybe, realy poor defending, yes. :smoke:

It's not poor defending at all is it a City player cleared the ball as normal but it smacked someone else in the face, the ball goes in the stands 999 times out of 1000.

And where's all this shit about us having the ref on our side come from? Beye took Robinho out from behind, red card and penalty.

Oh coming from the same lady who has a strop on with anyone who doesn't believe City are a world class team and Joe Hart isn't England number 1 keeper. And you know you wrote a lot more crap than that ant.

City 71% possession.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Replays showed he got the ball and Rob Stiles was about 100 yards away from the incident.

Here is what Sky Sports said about the incident.

Quote:

That is a very harsh decision from the referee. Beye got a touch on the ball as he tackled Robinho.

Through Robinho to marginally touch the ball, even if he didnt touch Robinho there, Robinho would have been stadding and Robinho would have put it in the net. The reason why he didn't, cos he was taken down. Penalty, and last man. Red card. Good decision.

City 71% possession.

they done nowt with it and we were down to 10 men. Newcastle were the better side, City couldn't break down the defence as much as the ball as they had, Damien Duff was ripping them appart up the right wing in the second half.
