Arsenal will be challenging, no doubt about it.

Exactly
Arsenal always get to last 8 and almost won it 2 years ago

It has been for a while now because they are usually 14 points or so behind by Feb and Mar which isnt good enough.

so in the two seasons prior to the last one you were basically in the same boat as us yet managed to turn it around, is that to say that we wont be able to do that?

Maybe but it was only two seasons out of last heck knows how many years that Arsenal werent competiting for the league due to it being a tranistional period. It would be good if Liverpool can improve for this season.

end of the day we closed the gap last season and if we get the likes of keane in i think we'll have some good players there. We need to start beating the teams that we keep drawing with lower down the table for a start, taking some points off the others in the top 4 will be necessary too but i dont think its beyond us.

I think Liverpool need to challenge this season because lets be honest they have a really good basis of a very good side i.e Reina,Carragher,Agger,Dossena,Gerrard,Mascherano and Torres. Its clear that Rafa needs to bring in some wide players and a striker.

Arsenal need to learn to defend if they want to win the CL.

Liverpool i said will be in it til May, im hoping for a really close race this year, Chelsea to win, Pool second, Arsenal third and Man U 4th would be perfect!

It's your problem, whether Arsenal are in it concerns you not me. Mathematically, Liverpool and the Gunners will obviously be in with a chance but face it mate, your team has declined and not improved over the last couple of months.

We will be a stonger team than last season. Nasri is an upgrade on Hleb. Flamini will be replaced. Gilberto means nothing, neither does Lehman.

I am soft.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

No, sorry lol, i dont mind the club and fans, but nearly all the players and the manager are scum.

Plus they knocked us out of the CL by playing anti-football.
