He scored a hat-trick in their last friendly but has lost 3 yards of pace. Him and Robben were brilliant for Chelsea but like Owen, Duff will never recapture top form IMO.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Well, since he seems to be getting past it West Ham should snap him up :D

Curbs will be the first manager fired IMO.

Always thought that he should be squad number 15 and they should print his full name on the back:

DAMIEN

15

DUFF

WHU have too high standards. They should remember what relegation feels like and be contempt with midtable mediocrity. It's a shame the Charlton fans weren't.

I think West Ham seriously need to buy players, cos they have a squad which imo is pretty poor, they could well be relegated next season.

Winner.

Curbs is average

Labelled average for making Charlton an established Premiership team - you saw their demise as soon as he walked. Where did he walk? To relegation threatened West Ham and ended up producing the greatest escape in Premiership history! That was followed by a nothing season of midtable mediocrity in a season disrupted by countless injuries.

I agree with you there he did heroics at Charlton I cant disagree but it was Tevez who kept West Ham up.
