What does everyone think about it? Personally, I don't care either way. I think he is a very good player who will improve a lot at Arsenal but if we get 30M or so for him I wont mind one bit.

I think Van Persie, Walcott, Bendtner, and Eduardo when he returns are more than adequate. Also, if Ade leaves it will force Wenger into playing 442 all the time.

A donkey that is over-rated by himself. Never a good sign in a player.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I said all along last year that I think he's a flash in the pan player. Yes he can be brilliant but he can be truly awful. He reminds me of Kanu and Wanchope. £30 mn is way too much and Arsenal should bite off Barca or Milan's hand if they offer it.

Well, I wouldnt call him a donkey but Wenger said something at the end of the season about Ade keeping his head down or he will soon end up a nobody.

With the strikers we have, I bet Wenger would take the 30M.

He is a rich man's Adi Akinbiyi :hysterics:

His main attribute is getting chances, which is always useful but frustrating when you're not taking those you should.

Regardless of his talent, Wenger is recouperating around 10x the money he paid for Ade a couple of years ago. This should finally allow Wenger to make a big money move.

I'd be very surprised if AW does not take the 30 million on offer. Yes, he scored a lot of goals last season, but he is not worth that kind of money, much as Ronaldo is not worth 70 million.

If he does sell Adebayor, it could pave the way for some big signings. He has already shown he is prepared to spend this summer with the acquisition of Nasri.

Get a top class striker to play with RVP, Eduardo, and Walcott, and he will have a front-line to rival any in Europe.

Reports now say it will be 30M Euro and Yoann Gourcuff in exchange. I think that is a wild rumour. No reason we would want Gourcuff now, he turned us down for Milan once and we have players in his position now.
