We're not that short without Negredo, we often revert to 4231 and we're stacked with #10s. He was going to be injured until December anyway.
You mainly use 442 for your preferred formation you are short upfront. Him being out doesn't mean he isn't part of your squadffs.
But it's not the end of the world to play Silva as #10 in a 4231 with Dzeko or Aguero upfront. It is, however, the end of your title aspirations to start the season with Giroud and Welbeck as your two best strikers.

Okay, so we're short in terms of quality in the striker department. Jose has been too in the past.

There is a difference between Wenger and Jose, Wenger is going into his third season with out a world renowned top quality of a striker. Jose has been through an entire season without one, but quickly changed that when he had the opportunity too. There lies the difference. Wenger doesn't believe in a miracle man who can be signed and is ready to deliver from the get go. Jose does and he signed the player needed. The season is at an early stage, but the results are speaking for themselves are they not? Wenger wants stability, Jose wants success.

The original point is that saying any player who plays for Wenger must lack self respect is stupid, and is a statement born out of contempt for Wenger and an attempt to once more pander to an agenda on this forum. It's something crimson is guilty of consistently and Goonie was right to pull him up on it. The argument has since spun out but the original point was spot on by Goonie, and crimson could do us all a favour by toning down his agenda or at least trolling when there's an obvious angle to do so.

Wenger has only just become short at CB and we currently have the best squad we've had in a while. He's spending money but that's still not enough. Some fans will never be happy.

It doesn't put an end to them and the fact it's okay to change formation doesn't change the fact he's knowingly left you short in your favoured formation.

What striker would you have bought this summer?

Probably the 46th time I've asked people and not once has anybody come up with a solid answer.

After everything he's said he'd have to be labeled a sell out if he signed for Bayern.

We have been in talks with Pogbas agent for a few weeks now according to kop talk. A few of our more established sources are saying we want him and reus next summer but we don't think we will get either. Reus is nailed on for Madrid
