Have all the other sides been fined the same amount?
LMFAO the post above is so so so fucking shit. And obviously not FFS.

UEFA haven't published the discipline against PSG but have for the other 8 clubs. Corrupt cunts.

Apparently City are allowed to spend up to 60m Euros net this summer, but cannot increase the wage bill. So they can still get better...

Lescott+Richards out, Sagna in to cover both positions. City will improve and save money doing that. Smart.

Not really, they have a homegrown rule that they have to adhere to and not just in the PL but the CL too.

21 players, 8 have to be homegrown. Currently they have:

Hart/Wright/Richards/Clichy/Boyata/Lescott/Rodwell/Milner. Take Richards and Lescott out and you have 6 homegrown players, you're limited to a CL squad of 21 so at least 2-3 quality players will miss out. Rodwell is probably on his way anyway so you're looking at 5 homegrown players and one of 'em is Richard Wright lmfao.

I think this is a quality ban from UEFA, doesn't disable them but makes them think good and hard about squad selection + future dealings.

Should have just excluded them from the CL for a season and make the cunts clean up their act for 2015/16.

And what decent homegrown players are they going to sign that will improve them?

PLUS

City are signing Mangala + Fernando + Sagna.

Basically, City are fucked and even I'm finding it difficult as to how they are going to make up for 2-3 homegrown players AND sign the above 3 AND not increase the wage bill AND fit them all into the 21.

I know it's a joke but it's been bandied about quite a bit and it's completely illogical considering missing out on CL football will cost them 30-40M a year which ain't gonna exactly help their balance sheets.

City's likely squad:

Hart/Pantilimon/Wright/Richards/Kompany/Demichelis/Mangala/Nastasic/Boyata/Sagna/Clichy/Zabaleta/Kolarov/Rodwell/Fernandinho/Fernando/Milner/Nasri/J.Garcia/Toure/Navas/Silva/Aguero/Jovetic/Dzeko

25 players, 4 will have to be cut and how many homegrown? 7. One short so 5 players will have to be cut and City are hanging onto dross like Rodwell and Richards AND how the fuck are they going to decrease the wage bill by keeping on dross and signing 3 new players?

Do well to sell Rodwell and keep Barry on and sign a youngster and shove him in. Still dunno how the wage bill is going to be reduced though and 5 players are gonna feel the force and lol, who are they gonna be? I can only see Demichelis AND Jovetic has being surplus.

Pure ownage dished out by UEFA. So good.

Unlucks lads. City don't need eight home-grown players in the CL next season, a 21 man squad is only required to have four. City can effectively have one home-grown, three association trained and 17 'free' players.
